We identify the appropriate implementation level, dependencies, and any third-party technology needed.
You see the implementation cost and known third-party requirements before work begins.
Once scope, licensing, and access are approved, implementation begins.
Optional management
Maintenance is optional. Completed solutions include documentation and handoff if you prefer to manage them internally.

Support outside a management plan is available at the current KBS hourly support rate. Significant new implementations are priced separately.
Software & licensing
KBS project pricing covers professional design and implementation services. Third-party software, subscriptions, licenses, API usage, hosting, and external services are separate unless specifically included in your proposal.
KBS identifies the requirement → You see the cost → You approve it → Licensing is established → Implementation continues.
KBS will not intentionally add a paid third-party service to your solution without your approval.
